Friday 25th, BBC Four is showing the TV premiere of Mark Antony-Turnage's latest "hit" opera, Anna Nicole.

Newspaper reviews were, predictably, very mixed.

I expect people will be more dismissive of it watching it on telly rather than having forked out to see it at the opera house.

Not sure if anyone's mentioned this, but we have two Operas on 3 on Saturday. After Das Rheingold from the Met, we're getting Anna Nicole - 9.30pm.
