Default Not the leaving of Liverpool - but coming to Bristol

If anyone should happen to be in the Wess Coun'ry this coming Sunday, there's a free family event at St George's.

    Forget about WOMAD

    Sunday 26 June 12noon - 6pm
    Midsummer Music Festival
    Migrations Global Garden Party

    Nice title, ff.
Won't be there, but those who are will have a full and interesting day.
    What will *you* be selecting?

Don't spoil the illusion, Patrick. I've just had the email from St Geo's and I pass on the details of what sounds like a very rich, varied and enjoyable programme. ('They're singing songs ... but not for me')

But I have been known to strike up on the guitar for a chorus of The Leaving of Liddypool

Bristol - now where is that?

My knowledge of the South is somewhat hazy...

(actually Bristol is a Bermuda Triangle place for me - I worked there for a bit and used to regularly get lost, to the extent that I would park my car, make a note of the address and get a taxi to where I was meant to be. There is something v.disorienting about it for me...)
