    it seemed quite good the new davis, i will probably get it eventually, it's quite cheap too! I wouldn't mind having the set that he is doing. Nice and rare Nielsen

    Try and have a listen before buying, I used naxos music library, you can use this for free if your local library allows you electronic access to e-sources.

    George Lloyd symphonies nos 1 and 12 Albany Symphony Orchestra/George Lloyd . This is nice music and and quite moving at times.
    I am new to this composer and will be certainly buying more by him, anyone else on here familiar with this music ?

    I was hoping for Volkov to continue his Stravinsky series but now he's left the BBC Scottish it looks like that's it :-(
    Has he "left" them? I thought he still retained a strong link and Principal Guest Conductor.
