    Whether they took any steps would depend if they want to be nasty or not. Best thing to do is just try, I guess. If they moan about it, one could just add some disclaimer like "this forum is unconnected with the BBC" or something like that; or simply change the title if there is a problem.     I had the same concern.

    I think it would be nasty towards a forum which is, effectively, pledging its support for the BBC itself (see the 'Site spiders' thread). Whatever our criticisms, we are 'friends of the (frequently infuriating ) Beeb'. My first response would be to point this out and suggest it wouldn't reflect very well on them ... (and leave it at that).

    "The Radio 3 Forum" would be ideal but if there are problems you could have a variant such as "Not the BBC Radio Forum" or "Radio 3 Unplugged", etc, etc.

    Yes - I'd just make the change if you can by the terms of the vBulletin licence, and then deal with any Beeb bleating later, in the way you suggest.
