    Many thanks to anton g. The idea (you will remember) is to suggest some works which are worth hearing though seldom heard, and suitable for R3's morning programmes.

    Wow... Great work!

    A tiny word to the wise: something fishy about "Tragedie de Salmone" (...perhaps a companion piece to Bernstein's "A Quiet Plaice"?)

    My only substantive comment would be that Ravel's "Alborada" is a bit of a surprise there, as it certainly came to be one of the 'time and time again' pieces in the days when I listened to Breakfast... Maybe it's dropped off since
