Benjamin Grosvenor plays Beethoven

Did anybody hear Benjamin Grosvenor playing Beethoven's 3rd Piano Concerto with BBCNOW on Afternoon on 3? Somehow I wasn't expecting to hear him in Beethoven, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a performance that seemed to have brilliance, clarity and - for me at least - an understanding of LvanB that is not always apparent. What did others think?

Thanks for the tip-off. Even in Lo-fi (we don't get high res in France other than via i-Tunes in real time), a most intelligent reading, which brought out the wit in the music as well as its, as Rodney puts it well, brilliance. Well worth a listen.
