Posting of tickets

I received my tickets for EAS together with a credit card stub that had the total payment. But no weekend arena pass. Is this normal? Do they come out later?

My weekend Arena passes for friends arrived yesterday (Sat 23rd) looks like the same as last year, RAH were waiting for Weekend Passes from the Proms printers.

Also waiting. They were quite late last year as well. I can't remember the excuse last time, but this year no doubt they'll blame it on the Olympics.

They seem to be slow in posting some tickets this year. I emailed them last week having received nothing and got some glib reply along the lines of don't panic but if they don't turn up I can get duplicates from the ticket desk. Tickets arrived yesterday and the envelope was addressed by hand so perhaps someone had been persuaded to pull their finger out.
