Sent emails

Is there a record of Sent emails? If I look in my Sent folder all I can see is one that was sent a long time ago.

Assuming you mean private messages

there is a box you have to 'tick' if you want a copy saved.

That's right. And if you don't do that, they aren't retained anywhere in the database so can't be recovered.

With any luck (?) your original sent messages may have been included in any replies you've received?
