    Default Fantastic COTW on Milhaud

What a great programme COTW is. After loving the Campra and Drottningholm programmes with William Christie and Anne-Sofie von Otter respectively, I am just catching up with the Milhaud series from a few weeks back - with Darius himself. Wonderful stuff. The extensive BBC interviews from the 50s and 60s are rivetting. I can't imagine a more definitive or absorbing programme.

I love the podcast version - I like being able to concentrate on the narrative, flagging the extracts for further exploration later if desired.

Yet more to R3 and Donald Macleod

It's great to hear such positive feedback about our favourite radio station. COTW has moved on from the dryness of "This Week's Composer", becoming much more informative and imaginative.
