And Adoniran Barbosa, as Global may recall, goes back to those ancient Mixwit tape days.

She could tip "January" by Pilot and it would sound good.........Verdict - I was rather taken by Nelson Cavaquinho. Very moving I thought. The Gogols - waits to be howled down by some, probably not on this site - are very good fun. Liked Mercedes, the Mek Yek one, Yaaba Funk, and nice to hear the Penguin Cafe in a different form, post-harmonium. Liked most of the programme actually. Appreciated Lopa's reference to "airiness"." More air and earth than fire and water". She likes.

Nice but they are a bit intelligent. They keep the writing above their heads.

I wonder if John has made it to Through The Night ( which he'll probably enjoy the start of ! )

Yes, we will hear tomorrow. I'm off up to bed. Just a damned shame I live in a bungalow. V tired so I won't need to count sheep tonight and I will probably only make it to five llamas.

Try reading the book of Llamentations - that'll help.

I got all the way to the end - as predicted Paul, loved the Meneinas de Sinha (cheque in post), loved the Gogols - very entertaining interview too and absolutely loved the Penguin - I was trying to work out where it came from - top notch. Not so keen on the Salsa Celtica though.

Now that's what my Glaswegian best man said about the spaghetti jar wedding present thirty three and a third years ago! Haven't seen it or him since ( hope he didn't get lost in the fire in that British Leyland car he won on ' Sale Of The Century '

Just to help you out and make sure you're getting your sheep tallying methods right, you might want to tune in to this rather enjoyable 30 minutes - I think I only dropped off a couple of times.

Of course you can just take the short cut.
