Is the situation the same in the Netherlands, as in The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra?

In terms of a royal patron, it would seem so, as Queen Máxima is the patron of the KCO.

Just out of interest, I decided to find out how many musical 'BBC Ensembles' have been disbanded over the years, and found a list of 20.
The BBC Northern Ireland Orchestra was absorbed in the Ulster Orchestra.
Germany has 16 Radio Orchestras.
