Disappointments

Many thanks again, Roger, very helpful. Yes, it is the Pro Plus that I saw for 240 odd euros.
I do have a very good local geek upon whose services I call about every six months. He will certainly be able to put me right. Most importantly to tell me if the streamer can plug into my amplifier.

Anyway, I've digressed far too much on this thread...thanks again and now ...back to the disappointments!!

The recent Wang/Nelsons Shostakovich concertos - something is missing cannot quite put my finger on what .

The First Concerto just seems a lot more fun with Argerich and Nakariakov and the Second more charming with Alexeev when I dug those recordings out.
