Mrs McCluskey was our crossing lady
and her wayward son went to school with me ....... had HE failed the 11 plus then it would be Him, Me and Daniel Craig at the Secondary modern
methinks Daniel has won the race with me coming a poor third

              good band, good album.
I though McClusky was a scouser?

Anyway, the early 80's was great for titles that were headed straight for Pseuds Corner :

I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

I am not a number, I am a free man.

I have always considered anything north of Winchester as north, or midlands at least.
I understand that Geordies would consider Andy McClusky to be a southerner !!

Also, a favourite record of mine in a blue flexi disc single of " pretending to see the Future " by OMD.

In London I had to wait until 1986 when the M25 was fully open to distinguish between London the Commercial and cultural backwaters.
