    LSO Discography

For some reason unknown to me my PC screened this morning a list of PDF files that include a discography of the LSO 'The Worlds Most Recorded Orchestra', I had forgotten that I still had it. It was compiled by Philip Stuart in 2010 and is extraordinarily lengthy and detailed. I'd be happy to post it on here as it may well interest others but am not sure how to do it, alternatively I can send the file and if anyone is interested please PM me.

I think I have it too. Seems a shame if its not being kept up to date - or is it? The number of recordings up to 2010 is remarkable.

I remember seeing it some years ago and finding it fascinating, especially regarding the earlier years. I cannot remember now if it includes the recordings the LSO made for Columbia between 1927 and 1931 when they were under exclusive contract to HMV who were then rivals. The LSO was designated 'Symphony Orchestra' or 'The Symphony Orchestra' on the discs.
