    Thanks for heads up.

I wasn't aware that each BBC orchestra has its own website - BBCNOW looks interesting...

As it happens, I was alerted by a posting on Ilan Volkov's FB page.

I have found the supplementary material to Tectonics New Music Show broadcasts at https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/art...s-glasgow-2021 a particularly useful development. The audio quality does not appear to be anywhere near that offered by Sounds for the New Music Show itself, (128kbps, as against 320kbps if my observations are correct), which is a pity, but it's far better than nothing. Both Audials (2019 version in my case) and get_iplayer have been working overtime.

This Tectonics 2021 weekend is proving quite an encouraging development in the combined use of Radio 3 'broadcasts' and additional limited-term online content with many more items to tempt the ear. Huge thanks to the New Music Show team for offering such comprehensive coverage of this year's Tectonic Glasgow.

May as well state this here since Bryn has reached his message space limit:

Thanks for the recommendation - I was going to ask for recommendations, so thanks.

Any other pieces I should hear?

Sorry, been too busy capturing to listen closely to very much. Space now made in inbox, I think.

For some reason which currently defeats me, the Beeb have reposted one of the videos from Tectonics 2021. This time it is 2 seconds shorter than when posted a few days ago. However, for those interested, Ilan Volkov, now back home in Israel, had just posted on his FB page, https://www.facebook.com/ilan.volkov.5, a couple of live reports on the situation there. The audio quality is not great but his take on what is happening there is worth hearing.

8 items from this year's festival now available to stream in binaural recordings: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/art...binaural-sound.

Unfortunately, the data rate appears to be restricted to a basic 128kbps AAC-LC
