Emergency Hear and Now/New Music Show replacement service

It's a little over a year since much-loved experimental musician/artist/radio presenter, Carole Finer, was killed by COVID-19. She was a close friend of artist Stella Cardew who, back in the '60s and '70s was Cornelius Cardew's partner. On September 19th 2008 they reminisced about their experiences in the Scratch Orchestra on Carole's Sound Out programme on Resonance FM. Here is a link to a recording of that broadcast:

Carole Finer presents a range of live music guests, ranging from the English modernist avant-garde to bluegrass and sometimes field recordings from her travels round the world

It was scheduled to last half an hour. However, their discussion was clearly unfinished at the end of that half-hour, so they were invited to continue. SO do not abandon listening when what turns out to be a false ending kicks in. After a brief intermission, the programme continues for another half an hour.
