... one which leads neatly on from yours:

Another K conductor's Brangäne and Mark should lead you to two composers. What the L am I on about?

The numbers are a bit obscure: there are three Ls (all the same word) - two singers and a composer, plus another composer (not an L) and another conducting K.

There, now that that's cleared up, off you go ...

Christa Ludwig as Bragnane in Karajan's Wagner Tristan
Ludwig van Beethoven Mark Zeltser plays in Karajan's Beethoven Triple Concerto
My third is err um again - am I looking for another singer called Ludwig?

Not what I was thinking of: just the association of Ludwig.

                    - back to Karajan and Tristan.

Greetings from Paris! It's all a bit of a blur to me, but it could just be this evening's wine.

Yes - we also require copies of menus if the restaurant is sufficiently interesting!

                          bonne continuation...

Ludwig Suthaus. I'm signing out now and will not be available for the rest of the evening so should a M be required I shall need an understudy. Enjoy your tipple and the Parisienne ambience, Don!

He was Fürtwängler's Tristan, we're looking for (one of) Karajan's King Marke(s).

Hic! That supposes we can find it again in the cold light of morning. Seven days to go yet, but it's started very well. I'll try to contribute if anything swims into my limited ken.
