              What R wrote more numbered symphonies that Mahler; formed a piano trio with someone who would nurture one of England’s great musical talents; and wrote incidental music for a Scottish play and a penumbral opera.

                      Is the same person involved in all elements, or three people sharing a name?

                      If the latter, I offer Richard: Addinsell wrote incidental music for Macbeth (a TV production) and Ring Round the Moon (penumbral)... ah! penumbral opera... Darn!
