No other titles of works that I've found seem to have any relationship with the clues, but all will doubtless become clear(ish) when Cloughie aka Poirot assembles us in the library...
    See above (I think )

Aha! I didn't know about the 'other' Patineurs...
I think we should perhaps leave it to the Welsh Kitchen Wizard and M'Learned Friend to agree (with Cloughie's approval, of course) who sets the next question.

Sustained by my sarnie and a bit of Gesualdo the Welsh Kitchen Wizard is about to set forth to market (but not to buy a fat pig!) so I really think, as I've set two this round, it's Caliban's turn as he got coronation and skaters ....... and wins on points aggregate!

...which will have to be implicit if he hasn't shown up by midday. I shall construct an N while listening to the Brahms shortly on CD Review

Mind you, though but: you twigged the actual solution, MeyerBEER: would you like a crack at N? I think by rights you won!

Apologies for the tardy response - Mrs C and I made a late decision to go and see the Olympic Torch - well because it was there.

                  AL Summary

                  Meyerbeer Norfy

Skating - Les Patineurs (something I've liked since hearing the IPO Martininon, all those years ago on SDD139.) Cali
                  Foresight - Le Prophete Anna
Roalty - Coronation March from Le Prophete Cali

                  AdvaNtage to Cali

Slight aside the other drink associated work I always think You Jean One Gin!

How about Portsmouth Pint... with a Beethoven Triple Concerto to follow?

Struggling to find an N of any interest... Please bear with me.

(How was the torch thingy for you?)

Honest, guv, I only picked up on the name of the composer after Cloughie offered a hefty clue. The proverbial tank was really empty from that point on. Also, I'm going to be busy with other stuff for much of the afternoon and evening.

                        So here's an N...

Will Corrette tenderly stop the mutation?

That's a very cloughie-type clue! And could provoke a very funny answer!
(To those possessing a certain type of humour ....!!!)

Is everyone cricketing or torching, or would a clue be called for?
