have we established we're talking about the Rolling Stones?

did Billy Preston fulfill a role as a Stone pianist ? - this is way outwith my bailiwick (as m'lord might say)

the only Es I can find connected to Meyerbeer are Emma, Egypt and etoile

Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
      Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Rolling Stones yes, this person played on a number of Stones sessions, late 60s/early 70s and made an album with stones and others.
This album will give you the E.

Meyerbeer's march was used for E

the Rossini has the E but translated.

well wiki says a Coronation March from Le Prophete is popular
and a march from Les Huguenots gets played at Trooping the Colour

No, wrong track. That was a Grand Coronation March "Written specially for the Bile Bean Manufacturing Co. to commemorate the coronation of King Edward VII" according to the National Library of Australia's catalogue but was on the same webpage as Meyerbeer

                    Well there's Jamming with Edward!
The eponymous Edward was pianist Nicky Hopkins, in reference to Edward the Mad Shirt Grinder, Hopkins' star turn on Quicksilver Messenger Service's album Shady Grove.
