Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Looking for Kurt Weill and transvestites I've been sidetracked by this fascinating website about the gay and lesbian entertainment scene in the Weimar era. I've dismally failed to connect a Kurt with a quiz show. (Perhaps Northender's gone to lunch? Just had a thought, as he's new to the MB he may not realise that pages are not automatically refreshed)

You'll find the remaining composition in the Hollywooder Songbook.
You'll need the original German title of this song, which is dedicated to something on which you could hear the other two pieces.
I'lll pop back in half an hour or so, after lunch, hope that's OK!
