Yes, I admit it. I think the Debussy is Reverie, I say that because if I am right, if offers a clue to the clueless. If I am wrong you can blame me inklings or me dratted hormones.

Fortunately I do not need to blame your inklings, nor your hormones.

I would never blame a woman's hormones for anything! Far too dangerous!

We've all been there: "I do NOT have PMT!!!!!"

Oh, yes, far too dangerous! Women. An oddity, not to be trusted and likely to be armed with an ice pick at crucial moments!!

Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
            Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments

Blimey, Oh goodness me, I feel sorry for you Poor Dabs. Hormones are good. Maybe you should try them sometimes and get in touch with your emotions? Get a bit feely-touchy?

Another answer is surely Frédéric Chopin's Reverie? Not that I am playing, merely guiding the misguided.

I now wished I'd not answered!!

Well you un-played that very well, Anna!

Chopin: Reverie - it didn't have an opus number
Berlioz' SF 1st movement of course
And Debussy's Rêverie: Le zéphir à la douce haleine (as in soft breath ).

Coleslaw and Macédoine de légumes all round. Wouldn't that be lovely, with a little bit of bloomin' luck!

                Who'se for an S?

On the other hand, Anna of the Disappearing Macédoine reference (I was just about to reply and <pooofff!> it had disappeared! ), if you feel like setting a quickie, it would be gratefully received!

I know you're offline and not playing - but that sometimes means you're online and playing!!

I was just replying re diced and grated and I didn't think Aioli come into it as regards vegetables and eggs so I thought it were not worth mentioning.. I thought, tonight, I would watch Shakespeare and become cultured. Which would make a change, although I do find Casuality more tempting than Henry of his various parts. And I am offline now.

Most worthy! (Though the inference that you are not 'cultured' is of course poppycock! )...

Well, when you are ready Am off out for a while anyway (Shakespeare recording for later watching ce soir)
