Gosh... could a three-element puzzle be more compact!?

A is for At a loss, for the moment...
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
          Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

An Irish colour immediately suggests 'Green' Is this perhaps in a title of one of the works? Another symbol of Ireland is the harp (strings) Apart from that nothing springs to mind at the moment.

                                Thank you.

                                The coleslaw:

                                Arthur Sullivan; Irish Symphony
                                Arthur Bliss; A Colour Symphony
Arthur Honeger; Symphony No2, "for Strings" (& solo Trumpet obliggato)

The pilot of Thunderbird 2 (RIP) leads to song after song from this B Foucault lover.
