    Apologies - post duly edited.

I'm fine thank you - but in case the thought had crossed your mind, I'm not well enough to set the next question. I think it was cloughie that broke the back of this one.

...got to say one of your more obscure ones Flay, but then U s become increasingly difficult to set, but then so are V s as I am now finding. I'll do one dreckly!

Well it could be cloughie for getting Johann Adolph Hasse first and with it the word Ultima. However ferney came a close second with his inspired Wolfram Schurig, before Oddball expired...

Poor cloughie has caused us enough stress recently so I Vote for the Verisimilitude of ferney

This V links bells, death, darkness and Sidney's town.

Sidney = Bechet? = New Orleans = Voodoo?

                      Caliban out. Night folks...
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                      Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
