    By the way, I can see you wouldn't want a code of more than 10 numbers and 26 letters... or rather, 24 letters (you wouldn't want to use I or O as letters). So 34 would be the maximum. But why 16 ??! And why confuse it all by mixing letters and numbers anyway?
