So we're left with what G links the premiere of a musical meditation on dreaming - a piece written by one of this year's centenarians - the one closest to home.

the wiki page for Gerald English says he premiered Britten's Nocturne

however, the wiki page for Britten's Nocturne says Pears premiered it

then again I may have the wrong piece, but I'll stick with English

You're right to stick with Gerald English, mercs - right piece as well.

Norths got us to Gerald but then mercs got the final two - on balance I'm giving it to mercs. I hope that's ok

Over to mercs for an H, svp
