So it's Simon Holt for Feet of clay and Boots of lead, and Simeon ten Holt for Canto Ostinato

Now can I go to sleep and be allowed to dream of the next letter?

The blue-bearded poet and the fairy spent a morning on the water

            - better than Mary Poppins, this was "totally perfect in every way"

(Were you thinking what I thought you were thinking - putting an "S" in the last name to make "Holst"? Worth bearing in mind for a later puzzle, perhaps!

Oh - and vinty's Kirklees - Simon Holt was born in Bolton, not too many miles to the West of Huddersfield/Kirklees.)

I was wondering if it was going to be d'Indy, in revenge!

Jolly good! Was it too easy this time?

                      Would I be so spiteful?

Not as easy as some in the past. There was some nicely misleading punctuation.

Now for a slightly more obscure J:

How lovely to be in the dear, dear country, and enjoy once again a harvest in Preston.

By a roundabout route I find smoke on the water. Any use?

                            Or do we need vaccinating?
