Easy, Easy? I don't think so! Or, since I've been away you boys have been getting cleverer cos I've been all at sea. Do you suppose a surfeit of Schubert and free access to my brother-in-law's exceedingly fine wine cellar could have blunted me faculties? I've only managed one measly third of an Ibert and, to be honest, I still don't understand J. On the other flipper, I have rekindled my love of lemon French Fancies.

No mercia - I agree with Anna. I think you are simply the man in form.

Anna, you put me irresistibly in mind of the film I have seen most often of all...

                - Just bring out the cakes! Cake and fine wine.
                - You're drunk. If you don't leave, I'll call the police.
                - Balls! We want the finest wines available to humanity. We want them here, and we want them now.

Don't even tempt me... I just think everyone has become more skilled at solving them. Has anyone else noticed that each fresh round of the alpahabet seems to come around quicker?

I'm out tonight at the theatre, to see that much-lauded Frankenstein with Bumberdick Cabbagepatch and the other bloke. Don't eat all the cakes while I'm gone.

                    Caliban,

                    Snap! Poissbly my favourite film.

                    Call the Police, Miss Blennerhasset!

In a previous job, a work colleague and fellow Withnail-freak set himself the task of conversing in nothing but quotes from this film for an entire working day, including when talking with the boss. He achieved his aim spectacularly.

Well Caliban, of course I don't mind if you find me irresistible, but - I hope I don't remind you of Richard E. Grant! Actually, Withnail and I is one of my favourite films.

Well, that appears to make all of us! Anyone here for whom Withnail is not their favourite film?

Don't worry about that mercia, but do try it, it's brilliant. Do you know, Tapiola had never heard of Round the Horne?
