That'll be as Directors of the Bath International Music Festival: Beecham 1955; Menuhin 1958-1968; and Tippett 1969-1974. The Festival was set up in 1948 and is thus a 63 year-old

        Gladly, vints ....

What C connects ,FucĂk, King and Rosas, amongst others

The C itself is not musical but there is a musical aspect to it, reflected in this puzzle

Sorry I'm a bit Calibanesque at the moment - can't devote too much time!
Trying the amster's C but there are too many Rosass and far far too many Kings for my liking and it's obviously not King Crimson!!

when I put Fucik King Rosas into wikipedia's search box the top answer was Circus music, so I think I shall plump for C = Circus

                  Entrance of the Gladiators (Fucik)
                  Barnum & Bailey's Favourite (King)
                  Sobre las Olas (Rosas)

I'm sure I know the Fucik, not sure about the others
"Entrance of the Gladiators" op. 68 or "Entry of the Gladiators" is a military march composed in 1897 by the Czech composer Julius FuÄŤĂk.

a six-note chord for Anne-Sophie, a timepiece for Renee and a whole distant world for Slava
