So it ends in .......... what do female Romans end up in ......... (this could be the start of a very good Vulgaris joke!)

Well done Norfy, a hard one by Flay, I shall not be around for your J unfortunately. Oh, as an afterthought, as you are having your supper, your fave Black Farmer sausages, discontinued by Waitrose here, that's a shame.

I'll give it to you, Norfy.

            Heinrich Isaac - Choralis Constantinus.
            Isaac Stern.
The third one I was thinking about was "Story of Isaac" by Leonard Cohen (you would have got it by googling "Jewish songwriter story Isaac")

So over to you for a J and I'll catch up in a week or so
            Pacta sunt servanda !!!

Which 'J' has written about: a former colonial capital; a former fur-trading settlement; and a former centre of the silk and textile industry? The first of the three is in a different country from the second and third.

When setting this question, I learned something about Ben Stiller's wife.....
EDIT: This clue should lead you to our third location, which should, hopefully, then set you on your way to the first and second, and thus to 'J'

                          Allentown is correct.
Zanzibar sadly is not (wrong continent)

Yes, 'Allentown' and 'New York State of Mind' by Billy Joel. You are now clear for take-off as you head for our third city (sound of rotors....)
