    Have they changed the advert?
(Didn't check too far but there's the right version of it's in early text, and I don't remember such a long notice.)

Reminds me of that story of Memphis Slim's nephew in a burger joint in the American Deep South, who, on being told "Sorry kid, we don't serve negroes", replies:"That's okay, 'cos I don't eat 'em".

                    Not quite a 'notice' but...

... interesting translation of the Ave Maria. These new-fangled religious texts...

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Thank you, Caliban. That is so accurate, that I have printed it out on photo paper, and put it in a frame on my desk! And that is what a good many folk in Scotland think too!

And did you notice the mis-spelling of "Bieber"?

                              Coat's on...

I must have missed Cali's Ave Maria post first time round (or it didn't "register" in the same way) as now I can't stop imaging - a la "one song to the tune of another" - the Bach/Gounod set to those words!
