Very sad at such a relatively young age. Not seen regualrly on the screens for quite a while as a young talented chef back in the 80s he was the favoured flavour of many. Of their time his books championed British cooking. RIP Gary. -

Cleobury, Miller, James, Rhodes - so many pleasures of different kinds over the years
