    iOS 10.2.1 problem

In iOS 10.2.1 it appears that the touch screen on an iPad Pro fails to work properly - at least with some web sites, such as the National Rail service.

    This doesn't happen with 10.2.

This does look like a software issue - so do we wait and hope that Apple fixes that problem?
    Will they notice?

The difficulty appears to have arisen during the last few days.

We show you how to fix the most common iOS 10 problems on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

Seems we're not alone, but the immediate problem seems to have disappeared now, following some sort of quick reset. No obvious acknowledgement of the remedial action, but it seems to work now.

Also, I think some features may require a quick to and fro response from the remote site in order to work, so there can what seems to be described as a touch screen lag - which may just require a little bit more patience from the user, and if network links become marginal - with slower responses - then longer time may be needed for the touchscreen features to be active and responsive.
