I had 3 tickets for Belshazzar's Feast next week. Not expensive, but collectively the price of several beers. Our plans changed and we no longer wanted those tickets. We thought that the concert was sold out, so tried to return them at the Box Office last night, but we were told that there were still tickets, hence returns not possible. However we were also told that we could exchange them for another concert. I did this tonight, exchanging the three lowest price tickets for one higher priced ticket for Berlioz Requiem in a few weeks. I did the transaction over the phone, and although it took a while I feel it has worked out rather well. They will do an exchange as long as the new ticket value is greater than or equal to the original face value. There is a modest administration fee, which seems very reasonable under the circumstances.
