I'm delighted to see that starting on Radio 4 this Saturday 7 May (and running daily next week) is the second series of 9 episodes in Blood, Sex and Money

Some cracking performers scheduled for this run (inc Alison Steadman, Paul McGann, Anna Maxwell-Martin, Nico Mirallegro, Sam West...). It promises to be every bit as riveting as the first sequence

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Thanks for the heads up. I enjoyed (if that is the correct word) several in the previous series.

A bounce for this new series - episode 1 this afternoon was tremendous.

Glenda Jackson and Sam West leading the action in this one - what more could one want?

Indeed - had me glued to the radio!
