I think I can do this... John Eccles wrote music for productions of Macbeth and Don Quixote in the 1690s, his dad Solomon crops up in Defoe's 'Journal of the Plague Year'... and Spike of course played Eccles in The Goons...

Oh, it's not summick silly like F major? F Major, Op. 68 Pastoral Shepherds song. Happy and grateful feelings after the storm and, A Dream from Les Miserables, that's in F major innit after an E flat? (Caliban did once a puzzle about E in which the answer was - E!!!)
I'm going to watch a programme on BBC4 about Sid Child (who he?) who evidently, according to Julian Clary, invented camp!! Sounds intriguing. No doubt when it's over the puzzle will be solved.Comment
