    Clegg V Farage

On TV tonight - the big Europe debate.

I thought Farage won outright, and so did the opinion polls.

    Never heard of them

The bit I heard was sadly predictable nonsense
the idea that there is a "winner" is a bit of a joke

    Farage is a delusionist
    and Clegg is :yikes:

well if being rude , or plenty of other unpleasant characteristics was anything to do with it, we wouldn't have any politicians.

          Now THERE'S a thought.

Most politicians wouldn't know real business if it bought them lunch and gave then a £5k bung.....

A totally pointless debate between a completely discredited and opportunist fool and an imbecilic bigot.

Have a referendum and then be done with it.

Referendums are the refuge of dictators - Hitler loved a good plebiscite as does Putin.

Waiting in the Politics & Current Affairs section.
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
