Unstuck again!

It does seem to suffer more than most - but then there are 1479 pages / 22175 posts to cache. Perhaps it's time to start a 'II' thread and retire the current one for new posts?

I'll do it: but I don't know how to make the new thread a 'sticky' and how to 'unsticky' the current one.

I've made the new thread sticky, but left the old one sticky and closed it for consistency with I and II. (I hadn't realised that it was already III!)
