I'm afraid I cannot find a single Shelly (Streetwise or not) who is a crossover artist who is best buddies with the elusive P, or a smart cookie's mate with a Mum, so I'm giving up and concentrating on the cricket. Edit: crossposted with cloughie, but I'm still giving up even with additional clue, I'm sure someone will solve it .......

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
